Östergarn (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈœ̂sːtɛrˌɡɑːɳ]) is a populated area, a socken (not to be confused with parish), on the Swedish island of Gotland. It comprises the same area as the administrative Östergarn District, established on 1 January 2016.
