Šentvid pri Stični (pronounced [ʃɛnˈtʋit pɾi ˈstiːtʃni] or [ʃənˈtʋit-]; German: Sankt Veit) is a settlement in the Municipality of Ivančna Gorica in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region. In addition to the sections of the main settlement known as Stari Trg (Slovene: Stari trg) and Zadolžna Vas (Zadolžna vas), it includes the hamlets of Travnik, Sveti Rok (German: Sankt Rochus), Omotce, Postaja Šentvid, and Marof.
