The 1983–84 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship was the 14th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county club hurling tournament. The championship concluded on 3 June 1984.
Loughgiel Shamrocks from Antrim were the defending champions; however, they failed to qualify after being beaten by Ballycastle McQuillans in the Antrim Championship.
On 3 June 1984, Ballyhale Shamrocks won the championship after defeating Gort 1-10 to 0-07 in an All-Ireland final replay. This victory marked their second All-Ireland title overall and their first in three years.
