The 2005–06 Air Force Falcons men's basketball team represented the United States Air Force Academy as a member of the Mountain West Conference during the 2003–04 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Led by first-year head coach Jeff Bzdelik, they played their home games at the Clune Arena on the Air Force Academy's main campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Air Force finished second the MWC regular season standings and returned to the NCAA tournament for the second time in three seasons. The Falcons received an at-large bid to the 2006 NCAA tournament as No. 13 seed in the Washington, D.C. region where they lost to No. 4 seed Illinois in the opening round.
