The 2015–16 Cypriot Cup for lower divisions was the 8th edition of the Cypriot Cup for lower divisions. A total of 8 clubs entered the competition. It began on 18 November 2015 with the semi-finals and concluded on 4 May 2016 with the final which was held at Dasaki Stadium. Alki Oroklini won their 1st cup trophy after beating P.O. Xylotymbou 2–1 in the final.
