The 2024–25 Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team represents the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Phoenix, led by first-year head coach Kayla Karius, play their home games at the Kress Events Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin as members of the Horizon League. Seniors Natalie McNeal and Maddy Schreiber earned first team All-Conference honors while guard Bailey Butler was named conference defensive player of the year.
