The 2025–26 season is the 88th season in the club's history and the 35th season of FC Chornomorets Odesa in the domestic league/cup of Ukraine. The Sailors will compete in the 2025–26 Ukrainian First League and 2025–26 Ukrainian Cup. Chornomorets has returned to the Ukrainian First League after four seasons.
