The 2025–26 season will be the 103rd season in the history of FC Spartak Trnava, and the club's 23rd consecutive season in Slovak First Football League. In addition to the domestic league, the club will be participating in the Slovak Cup and the UEFA Europa League.
On 6 June 2025, Michal Ščasný became the new manager of Spartak Trnava, coming in place of Michal Gašparík, who joined Polish side Górnik Zabrze.
