The 2025 Currie Cup Premier Division is the 87th edition of the Currie Cup, the premier domestic rugby union competition in South Africa, and the oldest provincial rugby competition in the world. The competition is sponsored by beer brand Carling Black Label and organised by the South African Rugby Union.

The competition features the four teams associated with the teams playing in the United Rugby Championship, as well as the four teams finishing top of the 2025 SA Cup. There was one change from the 2024 Currie Cup Premier Division, with the Boland Cavaliers qualifying for the first time since 2016.
