Niels McDonald won the boys' singles title at the 2025 French Open, defeating Max Schönhaus in the final, 6–7(7–5) 6–0, 6–3. He was the first German to win the boys' singles title at a Grand Slam since Alexander Zverev at the 2014 Australian Open.
Kaylan Bigun was the defending champion, but was no longer eligible to compete in junior events.
