The 2025 Spanish Grand Prix (officially known as the Formula 1 Aramco Gran Premio de España 2025) was a Formula One motor race that was held on 1 June 2025, at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló, Spain. It was the ninth round of the 2025 Formula One World Championship. Oscar Piastri of McLaren secured pole position and victory for the event ahead of his teammate Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc of Ferrari. This was also the first time since the 1980 Formula One season where a Australian lead the World Championship for 5 races in a row, with Piastri leading the championship.
