The tournament will be held alongside the men's tournament at the Warsteiner HockeyPark in Mönchengladbach, Germany from 9 to 17 August 2025. It will be the third time Mönchengladbach will host the event.

The winner will qualify for the 2026 Women's FIH Hockey World Cup to be held in Wavre, Belgium and Amstelveen, Netherlands. The Netherlands are the four-time defending champions.
