The district includes the Morris County communities of Chatham Borough, Chatham Township, and Long Hill Township; the Somerset County municipalities of Bernardsville, Bernards Township, Green Brook, Far Hills, Peapack and Gladstone, Warren Township and Watchung; the Union County municipalities of Berkeley Heights, Garwood, Mountainside, New Providence, Springfield Township, Summit and Westfield; and the Middlesex County municipalities of Dunellen and Middlesex.
