African Energy Commission

The African Energy Commission (AFREC) is a specialized agency of the African Union (AU), under the Department for Infrastructure and Energy, in charge of coordinating, harmonizing, protecting, conserving, developing, rational exploitation, commercializing and integrating energy resources on the African continent.
