Aginskoye (Russian: Аги́нское; Buryat: Ага, Aga; Mongolian: Аг, Ag) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Agin-Buryat Okrug and of Aginsky District in Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. It is located in the valley of the Aga River (the Amur basin). Population: 15,596 (2010 Census); 11,717 (2002 Census); 9,286 (1989 Soviet census); 7,200 (1967).
