Ahi Dasht (Persian: اهي دشت, also Romanized as Āhī Dasht; also known as Āhū Dasht) is a village in Kolijan Rostaq-e Sofla Rural District, in the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 4,092, in 1,249 families. Up from 2,827 in 2006.
Ahi Dasht is southern suburb of Sari, bordering Mahdasht to its south and Sari's main urban area to its north.
