Aleksandr Viktorovich Uss (Russian: Александр Викторович Усс; born on 3 November 1954) is a Russian statesman and legal scholar who served as the governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai from 21 September 2018 to 20 April 2023. He is currently the member of the Federation Council as part of the legislative authority from Krasnosyark Krai, since 8 June 2023.

He is a member of the United Russia party.

From 1997 to 2018, he was the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Uss was also a doctor of law, professor, and president of the Siberian Federal University.
