Alexander Mikhailovich Babakov (Russian: Александр Михайлович Бабаков; 8 February 1963) is a Russian politician and member of the State Duma, the Russian parliament. He was appointed Special Presidential Representative to Russians by Vladimir Putin in 2012.
He has been under EU, Canadian and Swiss sanctions since 2014, as well as US sanctions since 2017.
