Amanda Bennett (born July 9, 1952) is an American journalist and author who served as CEO of U.S. Agency for Global Media from 2022 to 2025. She was the director of Voice of America from 2016 to 2020. She formerly edited The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Lexington Herald-Leader. Bennett is also the author of six nonfiction books.
