Anaconda is an upcoming American action comedy horror film directed by Tom Gormican, written by Gormican and Kevin Etten, and starring Jack Black, Paul Rudd, Selton Mello, Daniela Melchior, Thandiwe Newton, and Steve Zahn. It is the sixth installment in the Anaconda film series, and a reimagining of the original film directed by Luis Llosa and written by Hans Bauer, Jim Cash, and Jack Epps Jr. It was produced by Columbia Pictures and Fully Formed Entertainment and is scheduled to be released in the United States on December 25, 2025.
