Andrew Byford (born 1965) is a British transport executive who has held several management-level positions in transport authorities around the world, such as the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), New York City's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Transport for London (TfL), and Sydney's then RailCorp. As of 2023, he has served as executive vice president in charge of high-speed at Amtrak.
