Andrew Steven Hall (born November 26, 1980) is an American former professional football quarterback of the National Football League (NFL), Arena Football League (AFL) and af2. He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 2004 NFL draft. He played college football at Georgia Tech before transferring to Delaware.
