Andy Waddle (born 1978 or 1979) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach for Valparaiso University, a position he has held since 2025. He was the head football coach for Marietta College from 2013 to 2024. He also coached for Mansfield, Maryville (TN), and Wittenberg. He played college football for Findlay and Wittenberg as a defensive back.
