Angus Charles William Lapsley CMG is a British civil servant and diplomat who served as the NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defence Policy and Planning from September 2022 to April 2025. In February 2025, he was appointed as UK Permanent Representative to NATO and assumed the role in April 2025.
