Anja Margetić (born 29 July 1975) is a Bosnian politician and former swimmer. She competed in two events at the 1992 Summer Olympics, being the first woman to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Olympics. She later entered politics, serving as the deputy mayor of Sarajevo from 2021 to 2024 as a member of Our Party.
