Apsheronsky District (Russian: Апшеро́нский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Apsheronsky Municipal District. It is located in the south of the krai. The area of the district is 2,443.2 square kilometers (943.3 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Apsheronsk. Population: 98,685 (2021 Census); 98,891 (2010 Census); 95,048 (2002 Census); 86,059 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Apsheronsk accounts for 40.7% of the district's total population.
