Ayano-Maysky District (Russian: Ая́но-Ма́йский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the seventeen in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia. It is located in the north of the krai. The area of the district is 167,200 square kilometers (64,600 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Ayan. Population: 2,292 (2010 Census); 3,271 (2002 Census); 4,802 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Ayan accounts for 42.2% of the district's total population.
