B&N Bank (Russian: ПАО «БИНБАНК») was one of the largest commercial banks in Russia. It was founded in 1993. In 2017, B&N Bank was nationalized by the Central Bank of Russia, and in 2018 it was decided to merge it with another private bank that became state-owned, Otkritie Financial Corporation.
