Bagulin, officially the Municipality of Bagulin (Ilocano: Ili ti Bagulin; Filipino: Bayan ng Bagulin), is a landlocked, upland municipality in La Union, Philippines. As of the 2020 census, it has a population of 14,428.

Bagulin is well-known for its broom-making industry, particularly its high-quality soft brooms.
