Baker Run (also known as Windfall Run) is a tributary of Bowman Creek in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 1.1 miles (1.8 km) long and flows through Noxen Township. The watershed of the stream has an area of 2.28 square miles (5.9 km2).
