Balanga (pronounced [bɐˈlaŋa]), officially the City of Balanga (Filipino: Lungsod ng Balanga; Ilocano: Ili ti Balanga), is a component city and capital of the province of Bataan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 104,173 people.

Balanga was included the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities in 2015.
