Batroun (Arabic: ٱلْبَتْرُون al-Batrūn;, ancient Botrys (Ancient Greek: Βότρυς, romanized: Bótrys), is a coastal city in northern Lebanon and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. It is the capital city of Batroun District.
The main Political Party of this city is the Free patriotic movement. Batroun is the village of Gebran Bassil the leader of the Free Patriotic Movement.
