Bichursky District (Russian: Бичу́рский райо́н; Buryat: Бэшүүрэй аймаг, Beshüürei aimag) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in the Republic of Buryatia, Russia. It is located in the south of the republic. The area of the district is 6,201 square kilometers (2,394 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Bichura. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 25,352, with the population of Bichura accounting for 36.1% of that number.
