William Dawson Gunter Jr. (July 16, 1934 – April 8, 2024) was an American politician from the state of Florida. From 1974 to 1975, he served one term in the U.S. House of Representatives. He then served 12 years in statewide elected office as Treasurer, Insurance Commissioner, and Fire Marshal of Florida.
