Birangona

Birangona (Bengali: বীরাঙ্গনা, lit. 'war heroine') is the title awarded by the Government of Bangladesh to women raped during the Bangladesh Liberation War by the Pakistan army, Razakar paramilitaries, and their local collaborators.
