William Blaine Luetkemeyer (/ˈluːtkəmaɪ.ər/ LOOT-kə-my-ər; born May 7, 1952) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for Missouri's 3rd congressional district from 2013 to 2025. On January 4, 2024, he declined to run for reelection to Congress. He previously represented Missouri's 9th congressional district from 2009 to 2013. A member of the Republican Party, Luetkemeyer formerly served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives.
