Boudjemaa Talai (Arabic: بوجمعة طلعي, romanized: Būjamaʿa Ṭalaʿī; 17 May 1952 – 6 August 2022) was an Algerian engineer, corporate executive, and politician who served as the Algerian Minister of Transport and Public Works from 2015 to 2017. A member of the National Liberation Front, Talai also served as a member of the People's National Assembly from 2017 to 2019.
