The Bountiful Utah Temple is a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located in Bountiful, Utah. The intent to build the temple was announced by church's First Presidency on May 28, 1988. It is the church's 47th operating temple, the first in Davis County, and the eighth in the state of Utah.

The temple has a single attached central spire with an angel Moroni statue and is 104,000 square feet (9,700 m2). Designed by architect Allen Ereckson, the structure uses a modern design. A groundbreaking ceremony, to signify beginning of construction, was held on May 2, 1992, with church president Ezra Taft Benson presiding.
