Breitscheidplatz (German pronunciation: [bʁaɪtʃaɪtˌplats] ⓘ) is a major public square in the inner city of Berlin, Germany. Together with the Kurfürstendamm boulevard, it marks the centre of former West Berlin and the present-day City West. It is named after Rudolf Breitscheid.
