The Buffalo eXtreme are a basketball team based in Buffalo, New York. The team competes in the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a member of the White Division of the East Region.
Darren Fenn owns and operates the franchise as an extension of his XGen Elite basketball academy, with home games played at XGen Elite Sports Complex in West Seneca. Richard Jacob serves as the club's head coach, and Bob Bateson serves as associate head coach.
In their inaugural season, the team reached the division championship game following All-ABA performances from both Javon McCrea and Marcus Feagin.
They won both the division championship and region championship in their second season, advancing to the Final Four of the 2025 ABA playoffs.
