Buguey, officially the Municipality of Buguey (Ibanag: Ili na Buguey; Ilocano: Ili ti Buguey; Tagalog: Bayan ng Buguey), is a municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 32,148 people.

Buguey is 98 kilometres (61 mi) from Tuguegarao, 579 kilometres (360 mi) from Manila, and 19 kilometres (12 mi) from Camalaniugan.
