Bulgur
Bulgur (Turkish: bulgur; Azerbaijani: bulğur; Armenian: բլղուր, romanized: blghur; Persian: بلغور, romanized: bolġur/balġur, lit. 'groats'), or Borghol (Egyptian Arabic: برغل, romanized: borġhol), is a cracked wheat foodstuff found in Egyptian cuisine, South Asian cuisine and West Asian cuisine.
