Elias Camsek Chin (Chinese: 陈嵌薩: born 11 October 1948) is a Palauan politician. He served as the Vice President of Palau from 1 January 2005 to 15 January 2009. He was elected as the president of the Senate of Palau from 16 January 2013 to 19 January 2017.
