Capital punishment in Nevada

Capital punishment is a legal penalty in the U.S. state of Nevada.

The last person executed in the state was convicted murderer Daryl Mack in 2006. There have been no executions in Nevada since then, in part because of a shortage of drugs used in executions by lethal injection.
