Carlos Alberto Torres Torres (born 18 November 1975) is a Mexican politician from the Morena party. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Baja California. He is the husband of Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, the current Governor of Baja California. In 2024, he was appointed head of Strategic Projects in Tijuana by Mayor Ismael Burgueño.
