Carlos Martínez Mínguez

Carlos Martínez Mínguez (born 28 June 1973) is a politician of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). He was elected to the city council in Soria in 1999 and has served as mayor since 2007. He was a member of the Cortes of Castile and León from 2003 to 2007. In 2025, he was elected secretary general of the Socialist Party of Castile and León.
