Charles Aubrey "Mickey" LeMaistre (February 10, 1924 – January 28, 2017) was an American physician, medical educator, and academic administrator who served as chancellor of the University of Texas System from 1971 to 1978 and as president of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center from 1978 to 1996. He also has the dubious distinction of serving on the board of directors of the Enron Corporation.
