Charlie Garner III (born February 13, 1972) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers. Garner was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the 1994 NFL draft. He also played in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
