Chen Lung-chu (traditional Chinese: 陳隆志; pinyin: Chén Lóngzhì; born 30 December 1935) is a Taiwanese legal scholar. He is a professor emeritus at New York Law School, the founder of the Taiwan New Century Foundation, and chairman of the Taiwan Society of International Law.
