Cheng Li Hui PBM (Chinese: 钟丽慧; pinyin: Zhōng Lìhuì; born 1976) is a Singaporean businesswoman and former People's Action Party politician. She was the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Tampines East division of Tampines GRC between 2015 and 2023.
In July 2023, both Cheng and Tan Chuan-Jin resigned as members of the People's Action Party (PAP) after it emerged and they had admitted they had been in a years-long extramarital relationship.
On 17 July 2023, PAP secretary-general Lee Hsien Loong announced Cheng resigned as Member of Parliament (MP) and from the People's Action Party (PAP).
Tampines East is being covered by other members in Tampines GRC till 2025 general election.
